1. No Return / No Refund Policy

All products sold by Migdal Enterprises are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are proven to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims must be supported with clear photos/videos and invoice proof

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement only (no cash refund), subject to product availability

3. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be processed only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The issue is verified and approved by our team

  • The request is made within the specified time frame

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, design, or specifications

  • Damage caused due to improper handling, installation, or misuse

  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond 24 hours

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances

  • In exceptional cases (at our sole discretion), refunds may be processed after deductions for shipping, handling, and other applicable charges

6. Return Process (If Approved)

  • Customers must contact us via email or phone with order details

  • Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed or dispatched

  • Cancellation requests before processing may be accepted at our discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

Migdal Enterprises’ responsibility is limited only to replacement of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
